How do I place orders?
You can place your order online, or via phone and fax. For online ordering, please write to popfashionnet@gmail.com ; for customer service ,please write to MSN: order@popfashion.net indicate what shoes you want with sizes, colors and quantities, preferably with pictures.Further more, please check our contact details pages.Once we receive your order, we will send you shoes once we get the money.

Do the products come brand new and with original packs?
Absolutely, all of our shoes are brand new / dead stock. They’re never been worn, come with the original packs and accessories. For example, Jordan series are with retro cards.

What size do you have?
Shoes size ranges 7-13, and bigger sizes available on your requests.Most shoes are in European or US sizes. If you are not sure, please check the size conversion chart.

Are the shoes authentic?
Shoes are factories variants. However, they are all made according to authentic ones with quality guaranteed.We have an excellent reputation on the Internet for selling Nike shoes. Buyers are all very satisfied with shoes from us.

Do you do retail or wholesale?
We sell single pair of shoes as well as bulk purchases. Price is for retail orders. For wholesale, we offer 5-15% discount depending on quantity and quality of items. To qualify for wholesale discount your order must have minimum of 100 pairs.

Can I order a pair of shoes as samples?
Yes, we accept samples orders.Ordering procedures are the same as mentioned above.Please note the additional shipping charges for order less than 10 pairs. Besides the unit price, we have to charge $10 more each pairs for shipping fee. Can you give me an indication of price, for example a price list?
Of course, we can make an offer for buyer, but please note that prices vary from different styles, and also base on the order quantity and the total order quantity. Please contact us for help.

Are there any customs charges or customs duties appear in delivery?
